Panel Construction

Panel construction forms a major part of our business and we are proud of our reputation for quality and accuracy. Our services include consultation at the design stage to help provide customers with the most practicable and cost-effective method of manufacture. This has resulted in S&G becoming the preferred supplier of panels for several manufacturers of hydraulic power units and well head control panels.

Coded Welding

Coded welding of both stainless steels and high yield mild steels is an integral part of the manufacturing process. The fabrication process is enhanced with the company having both CNC punching and folding facilities in house.

Quality of service and manufacture is second-to-none and welding work is carried out to ASME 1X, BSEN 1564-1, AWS and NORSOK M601 accreditation.

Bespoke Stairs and Handrails

S&G specialise in the manufacture and installation of bespoke stairs and handrails both in stainless steel with glass infills and mild steel which are usually painted with warm-to-touch handrails. This part of the business has become integral to fulfilling some large major projects, especially in new showrooms and offices.

General Maintenance / Onsite welding

We provide a wide range of metalwork and fabrication services to a growing range of industries. To support this, we offer general maintenance and on site welding, modification of plant and machinery for continued customer improvements, and the manufacture of bespoke items from a basic bracket to complete conveyors and enrobers.

After Sales Support

Our after sales support has become an integral part of the service we provide, with quick response times for any additions or site modifications required by the customer once they have taken receipt of the fabrication.
